Finding the perfect retirement home can be difficult. Finding the perfect home while living over a 1000 miles away was overwhelming. My wife called Marianne on July 4th, knowing it was a holiday weekend she just wanted to leave a voice mail for a call back. Marianne answered the call that 4th of July and thus started a working relationship that was beyond our expectations. Coming to Pagosa to look over real estate was not an option as we both still worked full time. Marianne became our eyes and ears finding properties that met our criteria and reporting back to us. Any house we may have found online, Marianne reviewed the property and again gave us a box checking report. My wife and I are now fully retired and living in Pagosa Springs for 2 years in our dream home that Marianne found for us. The process went so smooth. And I was never at a need for information from Marianne. She kept in constant communication with us. There was a level of trust in Marianne built early on that made the house buying process, even 2 states away, so much more pain free.

"Marianne assisted us in purchasing our first home (condo). She was great and made our homebuying experience a memorable one for all the right reasons. She was patient, and accommodating; we viewed more than a dozen places before she found us our dream home. We ended up with a place we loved in a great location for an unbelievable price. What stood out in my mind about the experience was that she let her impressions be known and she was openly critical of many of the places we viewed. When she found a place that she thought we would like she was quick and aggressive in getting us to see it; we ended up getting our offer accepted the first day it went on the market. She has good tastes, and it showed, evidenced by our ability to sell it a few years later on the first day we listed it. I would definitely recommend Marianne."

"It is with pleasure that I recommend my Real Estate agent Ms. Marianne Hamilton from Dynamic Properties.Since 2006, Ms. Hamilton assisted me in several real estate transactions.

When I first met her, we had our Log Home on the market by "For Sale By Owner". She was the agent that brought us a buyer. During the whole process leading up to closing, she assisted both parties timely. courteous and professionally and answered all questions, even though she was not our agent. The whole sale process went very fast and smooth.

Since I no longer reside in Alaska to take care of this in person, she has been for me THE trusted person to assist me with my real estate needs in Alaska. First the rental of a condo and then the sale of the condo in Anchorage and this past December with the rental of a house in Eagle River. Each time many projects had to be completed in order to get the properties back on the market. Once the maintenance was completed, she showed the properties to potential renters and buyers. She would oversee the contract signings, that would close the deal. At all time she kept me timely informed, regarding the needs of each of the homes and if needed scheduled and oversaw the maintenance workers and cleaning crew. She even took on several grant purchases (stove, dishwasher) and shopped around, so I would get the best possible deal.

She truly knows and loves her profession, understands the housing market in Alaska and is able to understand the needs of a buyer, seller and tenant and will go that extra mile. "Marianne helped us sell our old house and worked with us on purchasing our new home as it was being built. She managed all the finishes for the new home and ensured everything went as planned. The process was really easy going and stress free the entire time. She answered any and all questions we had and was always available. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She sold our house in 3 days and we moved into our new home right on schedule! Thanks Marianne!"
